The AMS Collapsible Core can be designed to fit any existing extrusion winder!
- Optional Core Sizes: 6", 8",10", 12"
- Mechanical assembly to attach a winder spindle
- Attachment to spindle is via set/screw (grub screws) qty (2)
- Stainless steel back plate
- Pull pin and Twist mechanism to retract 2 aluminum arms
- Arms in extended position are 14" tip to tip, retaining tubing on 8" ID
- Assembly is for coreless winding, when ready the operator manually cuts and removes the tubing with a pull pin and twisting motion to retract the arms
