Rebuilt Killion Cast Film Stand with Torque Winder

  1.  Rebuilt by AMS in 2023. Used in a lab, low-hours.
  2. 8” wide x 6” dia. Cast Drum Setup with rotary union for temperature control 3.   Common driven nip roll assembly - One chrome roll with one coated roll, both refinished.
  3. Manual open and close of nip roll assembly
  4. Manual setting of the gap with threaded rod
  5. Rolls were refurbished to like new - stripped, polished and re-chromed
  6. NEMA enclosure for DC motor controls
  7. All new electrical wiring and electrical components 
  8. All guarding painted safety orange
  9. Start/Stop Circuitry with potentiometer for speed control
  10. Qty (1) New DC Motor for Cast Drum and Nip Rolls
  11. Cast Drum and Nip Rolls to be driven by DC motor and gear reducer 
  12. Qty (1) New DC Motor for Winder to operate in Torque mode
  13. Qty (2) New DC Motor Controls 
  14. Winder shaft is 3/4” diameter and uses cone shaped arbors to lock on a cardboard core for product take up
  15. 230V / 1 ph / 60 hz
